SOAK - how good is a nice warm bubble bath. I like to add in a couple of drops of essential oil into the water for aromatherapy but on a budget. SCRUB - okay, you soaked in the tub and now it’s time hop in the shower and scrub off all your dead skin. Body and lip scrubs are super easy to make using an oil and sugar of your choice.
MOISTURISE - now that your skin is all nice and exfoliated it’s time to restore the moisture.
TAN - I don’t know about you, but a good spray tan makes me feel so refreshed and brand new. PAWS AND CLAWS - It’s time to push those cuticles back and do your own mani and pedi. I know you’ve gotten used to your pretty acrylics (SAME 💅🏽) but you’ve got this!
You could even throw on some press on nails.
DRESS UP. I’m not saying you need to be in ballgown to take the bins out but if that’s what makes you happy and feel good. Go for it.
And the last but most important one, BE KIND TO YOURSELF. Isolation is hard, working from isn’t the most fun and remote learning kinda sucks. No matter what your situation is, you’re not alone and it’s okay if you feel a little out of whack.
