Free 10 minute Zoom video or phone consultations with a qualified and experienced expert in make up, lashes and tanning. * Please note this service is only available in English to Australian residents.

Cancelation Policy

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged a $20 fee and if you are a ‘no show’ you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your appointment (not applicable to free consultations). If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be considered a ‘no show’ and will lose your booking and still be charged 50% of the total. If this payment is not made you will not be able to rebook another appointment until it is paid (not applicable to free consultations).
